hi,
I'm supposed to receive a parcel through your courier in Italy, but it's been almost a month and in the list of trips me that is still shipping from Guangzhou. My order number is RC880829325CN and I would like to know when it might get me.

guangzhou is experiencing some delay. you might need to wait one or two more weeks.
