I can't get any tracking information on my shipment RC288384935CN, can anyone tell me where it is and when i can expect delivery?

RC288384935CN has not been received by China Post yet. Please contact shipper for correct tracking number.

RC288384935CN was received by China Post on Dec 5. Normally you need to wait about 3 to 5 weeks to receive the parcel in Norway.
