Hi there?

could you please help to know where my parcel is? since 13th december 2014 it keeps saying it left china but spanish postal service says it is not yet in Spain.

can you please tell me where is it. it's been too long since it was collected from China Post

it should be stuck in some airport between china and spain. this is very common in rush season. wait one or two more weeks and track it again. if still no moving, you have to open dispute.
