Post Shipment CJ701506282DE - returned goods to China are coming back?

What is happening with the parcel in CJ701506282DE which are returned goods from a Chinese online shop. Just after arriving in China Beijing on 2023-06-15 from Frankfurst via Air five days later in Hangzhou for import customs processing. I cannot read or understand what happened in the three months from 2023-06-25 and 2023-06-26.
Did the recipient not pickup the parcel at customs or what happened during those 3 months?

Then after 3 months the parcel moves again on 2023-09-26 and goes from Hangzhou back to Beijing and now Shanghai. This looks like the parcel is returned via ship to German?

youhttp://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CJ701506282DE shows the parcel arrived in Hangzhou on June 25. But receiver did not make customs clearance. So China Post returned the item to Germany. it is just sent to ocean company. You might need a couple of months to get the return.

Thanks chinapostvolunteer - as suspected the parcel might come back to Germany where additional fees have to be paid. I will try and get in contact with the seller because not clearing the customs is his duty. The return should take a few more months because the cheapest form sea instead of air is chosen for the return way. Thank you!
