I received the tracking number CP276605696CN dated January 6, 2014 I can not find any information about the package displays the message:
The itemno. is wrong.!
Pretty please help me.

you can track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, there should be some tracking result.

If tracking result is "Success find: 0 items!", it means the tracking number is invalid. China Post has NOT received this parcel. then you should report fraud to paypal and claim refund.
