Hi please help my tracking number has not updated itself for months now and when I checked it up it was saying expired. Is my order frozen or what?The tracking number is -RV860602035CN. What is happening exactly is the item lost or what? Please I need solution to this with immediate effect. I will really appreciate if something can be done to rectify this. Thanks.

RV860602035CN was shipped from china to Nigeria on April 3. Normally it should arrive destination in 4 to 8 weeks. If you have not got it, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
