check http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php and see if the parcel have been "sent to airline".normally it will arrive your country after 2 to 3 weeks of the "sent to airline" date.

but this tracking number RB723352407CN shows that the package is still in Beijing.
Departure from outward office of exchange 10010200 BG 20131217 - one month not sent yet
