What can i do? I make a order from Spain the 26 / 11 / 2013 and today is 02/ 01 / 2014 and dont change anything since 30/11/2013 more than 2 weeks... Please help me

if your parcel status shows as "sent to airline" over 4 weeks and you still not get it, it should be lost.please open a dispute asap. check following post:
