Please, can someone help me to find my package I waiting it since 3 weeks to arrive. I tried to use several tracking systems, but I can't have any detail from it.
They tell me this is the tracking number: RA578412820CN
Since I need to contact seller ( he dos'nt answer at any time :( ) if I don't receive anything, I would be glad if someone provides me any detail.

RA578412820CN passed customs scan on Dec 14. Normally you should receive it by end of Dec. Please wait one more week.
