Track No. LP00063390209427
This item arrived at OE of destination country (Ireland) on 27th November 2016 and i still have not received it.
What does OE of destination mean?
Our Post Office (An Post) say they haven't got it and that some other carrier may have it. I thought that all post coming into Ireland would be delivered by AnPost , the Irish postal service. If they say they haven't got my packet who else would be holding it in Ireland? I am not aware of any other carrier who would undertake to deliver a small packet. Is it true that all incoming small post is dealt with the Irish Postal service. The tracking says my packet arrived in Ireland OK on 27th November 2016 but where has it vanished to?
Hope you can clarify,
Thank you

1. OE is Office of Exchange.

2. First of all, any parcel that are coming to your country will be handle by your National Post Office except the fast courier service like maybe FEDEX etc...

3. Even if you call Irish postal service or the Customs Office nobody is aware of your parcel. Why because the parcel tracking number can not be track in the Irish postal service and the Irish postal service can not include this LP00063390209427 tracking number into their system.

4. Parcel like yours can take between 30 to 60 days to be deliver and delivery is done by Irish postal service just like a normal letter would.

5. Your parcel still has to go through the Customs Office for clearance.

6. If you feel that the parcel might be lost, then just contact the seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. But also please do remember that mail is slow in every Post Office in the World.

Hope this help.
