I have problems with several parcels.

1) RC291118047CN - shipped over 4 weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-15

2) RB139745714CN - shipped 4 weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-20

3) RB861749253CN - shipped 5 weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-21

4) RC290169161CN - shipped 5 weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-13

5) RC143824577CN - shipped 5 weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-14

6) RC055632497CN - shipped over 4 weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-13

7) RC002168397CN - shipped 8(!) weeks ago, last tracking info from Nov-17

8) RB961507229CN - shipped 6 weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-5

9) RB726966316CN - shipped 10(!) weeks ago, last tracking info from Dec-15

10) RB882769655CN - shipped over 5 weeks ago, also still in China (customs?)

I've had numerous orders disappearing in the past few months (since end of September, actually). I don't have those tracking numbers anymore, though. But it's been well over 10 registered orders that have disappeared. I've been refunded in the end, of course, but still, this is ridiculous.

Airline, especially those in Beijing airport, started a strict security check policy since end of Sep 2013. Many parcels with battery inside could not pass the check and were rejected without notice or updating of status in china post database. this is the reason for your problems.

Well, I understand that it could cause delays and such but I have ordered no batteries (nor other electronics). It does certainly not explain over 10 parcels disappearing altogether.
