goodmorning from greece...i ordered a phone from china 2 months ago and they sent it by china post air mail...i didnt receive it yet...my tracking number is RB711229884CN....can you check it please;;

Your parcel was shipped from Beijing on Aug 27. There was a serious airline shortage and upgraded security check in Beijing airport during that time. Thousands of parcels were stuck there for more than 4 weeks. If your parcel does not have forbidden item such as battery, chemical etc, then you just be patient and wait. You will get it later.

I cannot understand something???You told ,that pacel is shipped!But after that you speak about delays?How it possible?Parcels is left China allready...
