I WROTE THIS FIRST IN THE WRONG TOPIC (Asian Topic), It isn't for the "flood"!

Hello everyone. First, sorry for my poor English -I'm French-.

I made an order on a website. It was too big for one parcel so, it was divised into two parcels.
The tracking numbers RK105353206CN et RK105334122CN worked. These two parcels left China days ago -both the same day-.

Yesterday, I receveid the "RK105334122CN" parcel at home, in France, but not the second.
When I use this website to track these parcels in France, it shows that the "RK105334122CN" arrived in France the 01/11 and was delivered the 05/11 ... But the "RK105353206CN" never arrived in France!
What does it mean? Is it normal or... Is it lost?

Please, I need your answers, I'm pretty worried!

no need worry. RK105353206CN should arrive soon. It is normal that later shipped parcel arrives earlier.

Thanks for the quick answer!
So In spite of the fact that these parcels are the same order, come from the same seller and left China at the same time, it can have a time of gap in the arrivals there? The French post service said that it hasn't received "RK105353206CN"...

yes. the gap can be over 2 to 4 weeks for same time shipped parcels.

2 ou 4 weeks!? Woaw... I thought it was only a few days for the gap...
Thank you so much for this answer... I feel better right now! ... Maybe my parcel will arrive on time for my Convention!

Hello! I ordered 2 Hoodies It took a month to get the delivery. But then there was just 1 Hoodie inside?! But i just got 1 tracking and order number! is it normal to get them twice? How can i get the other one? i ordered at 3rd of october.... Please help me!

you should ask seller why he only ship you one item instead of two. we don't know his business and don't have the answer.

Hi, it's me again... For the same parcel RK105353206CN.
It was sent to airline the 28th of October and it isn't arrived in France yet "the parcel has not arrived France yet!" says the tracking system. .... I know that it might be a normal delay but I'm afraid at the idea that my parcel can be lost.
If it doesn't arrive and if I want a refund from Paypal, the 18th of November is the last delay for opening a dispute.... What should I do?

you can open dispute on Nov 15 if you have not got it by that time. It should arrive then.
