Hi,
I did not receive the parcel although the tracking number indicated it has been delivered 2020-06-11. Do you have an explanation ?

After package arrived destination country, usually China post works with the local post office to deliver the goods. So if you have any problems you can contact with local post office. So you can track your package at La Poste here: http://www.laposte.fr/outils/track-a-parcel

If La Poste website shows it is delivered and you did not receive, you need contact with them
