Hello,

I´ve got two parcels still waiting for being sent to airline, since nearly two weeks. Is it normal? Or should I open dispute? The parcels are:
1. RJ198208455CN
2. RI176405414CN

Also, I´ve got this parcel: RD518186998CN. It´s from Urumqi, I opened dispute, but the seller didn´t agree. Should I escalate it? Will Aliexpress give me refund?

yes. you should escalate the dispute. many parcels from Urumuqi were lost.
