it should be in India customs but has not been processed. after the customs has cleared the goods, you will see new status.

i need help.i tracked my package CN035893958ZA and i last registers in Beijing,I am in Wuhan and the parcel is addressed to me in wuhan but i have not received it yet since 9 December 2014.What should i do?

call china post hotline 11185.

find some friend who knows chinese and call 11185. this is the only way to get your parcel.
