Receive information on shipment number: RB870313841CN, yet no information as to her for 11 weeks has arrived.

RB870313841CN stuck in beijing customs over 2 months. normally this means it can not pass customs security check and has been or will be returned to shipper. you'd better open a dispute and get your money back from paypal asap.
