Hello, I woul like to know if RA340894375CN has left China to Spain or not. In spanish post tracking system nothing appears. It was collected by China post more than 2 weeks ago and the status seems to be stuck. (no update since las 23 May)

Just table tennis bat rubbers. I bought another item one week after I bought the rubbers and I have it at home today!! Do you know if it left customs office? Is it in the airlliner?

now is too early to open dispute. china post register mail sometimes needs about 40 days to arrive. You can wait another week and see what happens. if the buyer protection deadline is expiring, then open dispute.
