Hi, my parcel RC418631754CN show this status, how much i have to wait?

And why there are 2 times " Export Security Scan " and " Export Customs Scan " ?

RC418631754CN was returned by airline back to customs for unknown reason. you need wait some more days and track it again later.

As for today 5 February, i've not received my parcel yet and the status didn't change! :(

I want to know where my packet is!!

Five days no changing is normal. If over 2 weeks without status change, then you should open dispute.

No, i think you don't understand.

If you read my first post you see that it's from 23 of JANUARY that the status is stuck on " Export Security Scan ".

The site tell me that the packet was processed by the post office and the customs.

What should i do?

I have similar problem to yours with RC950284962CN. I ordered a common PU leather jacket.
Could it be normal to send my package back from the airport to Export Customs Scan? Should I open a dispute?

shanghai is experiencing some delay recently due to some international meeting. your parcel might be redirected to other airport. please be patient, it will arrive in another 2 to 4 weeks.

your should ask recipient to call local china post phone number 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. some seller might refuse to accept return parcel to avoid refund. in this case, you should report aliepxress or paypal.

but how can I report aliexpress if they say i should be dealing with the seller? (the customer protection expired)
