I ordered something a week ago and my parcel seems to not have left Hangzhou ,China.Could you please inform me about my parcel's location?Item tracking number:RB783670380CN.

RB783670380CN should be still in customs warehouse. normally this status will keep for about 1 to 2 weeks. then it will change to "sent to airline" status.

so does it mean it has already been sent to airline? and why aren't there any updates?
