Post failed delivery attempt

LM972685755CN
The system says there has been a delivery attempt on November 25th, but no one came that day. Is it possible to get information about when the next delivery can be expected ?

What happens if the next delivery attempt fails as well? Is it possible to leave a post notification at the mail box so I can pick up the parcel at the local post office? Or can the courier leave the parcel at the neighbors place?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM972685755CN shows the parcel arrived Austria Post delivery office on Nov 25. You need contact Austria Post for delivery detail. I believe the shipper printed wrong address and Austria Post can not make delivery by now.
