My package was send by EMS with track number EV913788816CN . Destination is Czech, but few days is on France. Why it was not send directly to Czech ?

EV913788816CN arrived France on Dec 18. It is waiting for transit plane from France to Czech. you might need wait one or two more weeks to get the parcel in Czech.

Arrival at Regional Sorting Center

the parcel seems to be lost. Normally from France to Czech transit time takes no more one week.

Please open dispute to seller for refund.
