Hello ChinaPost Forum

My name is Victor Costa Santos, and I live in Germany.
For the past month I have been tracking the delivery of a parcel with the tracking number: AM247921625CN via China Post website: http://www.ems.com.cn/english/queryLogistics
Using this code the message I see is that the parcel has been delivered. But I haven't received anything. In germany if you are not at home when package is delivered its obligatory a paper stating where it would be sent. Maybe with a neighbour or a Post Office nearby. But i have received nothing.
I contacted China Post on +861011185, but the service was not only awful but also unhelpful.
I want to know where my parcel is. Which company made the delivery inside Germany. Help me solve this problem so that my purchase is honoured.

Based on many similar cases reported by other users, you are scammed.

The seller shipped some junk to another address. He needs a "delivery" result to claim payment from your credit card bank.

Please call your bank or open dispute to paypal and report fraud.

Dear China Post.

Unfortunately I believe you are correct. After further research I'm sure I wasn't the only one.
But you received something to be delivered and sent instead of what I bought. If you are aware that I was robbed, and it is not your fault, help me understand how to find those responsible. This information such as: Sender, recipient, Name; is valuable so that I can find those responsible.
I am already making reports and warnings on the internet. And I've used every means to contact the people who scammed me, clearly to no avail.
If this forum is not the best way to communicate, please give me an email address so we can talk. Please help me with this information.

Unfortunately China Post computer system does not have the information you need. You can use a tracking number to know who is the sender and what is inside the parcel.

Remember one thing: China Post is just shipping company. Anti-fraud is the responsibility of your marketplace and your bank. So the best way for you is to call your bank or your online marketplace like paypal to report fraud.
