I miss my parcel and get no update via your Homepage. Last Update was on the 12th of November that it being processed by Customs.
Can you please tell me where my parcel is?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY535544307DE shows the parcel arrives Shanghai customs on Nov 12 but receiver does not make customs clearance.

Please contact receiver to call china post hotline 11185, pay duty and pickup the parcel in person.
