Hi All,
I sent from Germany to China two packages 16th of December last year.
Last update on china post website is 21st of January and I saw that it's in Shenzhen.
I don't know who can help me. I wrote to German DHL but they gave me some email which is not responding. My chinese receiver doesn't want to help me too.
Is here somebody who can help me to find reason why this parcels are not already delivered?

ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel. If receiver does not help you, it will be a big problem.
