plz answer to these questions

1)China post resends rejected parcels without client confirmation?
2)Is there a service or something else in china so i can report the fraud activities & lies of the sunsky online

here sunsky online says that you have resended the parcels
and because i didnt gave any confirmation for these actions i would like to know what happened

you should contact your credit card company or paypal to claim refund. they will contact seller. It is seller's duty to get proof that the parcel has been delivered to you.If they can not prove that you have received the parcel, the seller will lose money and you will get refund.

i bought em via paypal and lost the time for dispute (and my money)

You are avoiding to answer the question..;;even the screenhot i had above says that you have resended to me
So let me ask again
Are you guys resend a parcel without confirmation if it is rejected by your customs??????

in my case Sunsky-online (the seller) Claims if you see the pic that you have resended them
