I placed an order for an oversized black beanbag chair and was provided an order # and eventually a tracking #. When my order came it was something completely different from what I ordered. It was a pocket size picture holder (wallet). I don't want what I got and never would I have paid $19.90 for it. There is no phone # to speak to anyone. There is only an email address that nobody ever responds to. HELP ....

you are scammed. This is a typical online shopping cheating.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud. Remember , never buy anything from those suspicious websites, read following to distinguish such cheaters:
