maximim days for parcel to receive in nepal was 13 days.. why stilll no updates. atleast update the shipment... its been stuck for soo many days or refund my money back... >:(

After 2017-12-28(13 days), there is no update on my parcel with tracking number 08028247891. Kindly let me know or update the status of the parcel. Thank you
