Hello,
My packet arrived in Nanjing last week and the last update i received is from Thursday the 16th of November. Can you tell me where my package is and when I can expect it to be delivered?

Did you write the receiver's cell phone number in the parcel? China government needs to send a text code to that mobile phone number which will help him to make customs clearance through mobile APP.

If you forgot to write receiver's phone number in the parcel, receiver must call China Post hotline 11185 and ask the customs clearance pass code.
