Post Why can’t I get a clear reading on where my package is?

Hey all. I live in Ont Canada. The tracking number they gave seems to work, but now it seems like it’s not. I mean, my package ( as far as tracking goes) as not moved from the last place it arrived at, Which is at the Canadian mail processing centre. My q is. How can I find out what centre it’s at n how to contact them?

is the tracking number format like A*****CN?

if this is the case, you can't know which Canada mail processing center it is . Such A***CN parcel is handled by Canada Post, but Canada Post doesn't scan and update parcel status for China Post.

If the parcel arrives in Canada , it will be delivered by Canada Post within 10 days. If not, it means the shipper( very likely intensionally ) printed wrong address .

Many users have reported fraud related to those A***CN. The typical scam game is like this:
cheaters sell expensive item with low price to get order from victim buyers, then use such A***CN to ship some junk to a wrong address. Then they use the tracking number to get money.
