Hello, I sended a registered mail (actually is a pack) from Italy to China, the parcel tracking says it has arrived at its destination. Unfortunately the destination is a university campus and the student says she did not receive it. I don't know if the problem is caused by China Post or the university. Is it possible to know who signed the receipt of the package so that I could ask to someone? If someone take the pack, there have to a signature somewhere.

RC091229127IT arrived Chian post office in Jinan 邮政济南市望岳路. You need ask receiver go to that office to pickup the parcel or call 11185 to schedule a pickup or delivery.
