I need help with my parcel.
CY580467455DE
Since 23. FEB 2024 IT seems to be stuck at the sorting center.
I can't figure out if it has reached the destination.

CY580467455DE is in Shenzhen customs. Please ask receiver to call 0755-26755971 and they will guide him to make customs clearance.

Hello, I have a similar problem. My package came from The Netherlands and has passed customs on 20 March and there have not been updates yet. It says it left customs and is in China already for 14 days. I don't know if the package has arrived or not. I don't have contact information from my receiver accept the address. Can you please check the status ??
And will I be notified through mail about the updates ?

LA107146705NL is in China Post Dongguan office. Please ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the item from China Post Dongguan office.
