Hi, I have a question.

1. RV253126167CN

2. RV287441790CN

As far as I see it seems “posted” status instead of “On route” . is there any problem(logistic)?

I don’t understand What is that?

Both of your parcels were rejected by Beijing airport and were returned to their original post office. I believe the parcels have something with safety or copyright problem.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

Hi,,, The seller re-send my parcel. and gave a new tracking Numbers “ RV325785798CN “ is there any problem?

RV325785798CN was rejected and returned again. You need open dispute to seller for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RE034342344CN is still in Zhengzhou since Mar 13.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

understood. I should wait.. maybe next time I will be carefulfor choose fastest shipping , Thank you so much.. by the way , it was my another order, This is only sponge for polishing! I think that has same problem, RV353160325CN , I checked track system, it says something. Thanks

RV353160325CN is still in Beijing. Same problem as RE034342344CN. This is a very slow register airmail. you have long time to wait.
