http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Kuala Lumpur on Dec 14. Normally it will be delivered by Pos Malaysia within 10 days after arriving Kuala Lumpur. Your parcel might be badly delayed or lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Jan 7, 2021, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

request a charge-back from my credit card company. Don't go wasting any more time filing a lost package claim with the post office. Let the seller deal with them
