Tracking Number is RB141596484CN
The order date is Nov. 12 2018 and my order has not arrived yet in Greece..
What happened?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY478864795CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(ALIEXPRESS shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from ALIEXPRESS, but never actually shipped anything. you are scammed.

You should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.
