hello! My package http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UM138418338CN was supposed to arrive within 14-21 business days and I haven't received anything yet. Could you tell me why I haven't received it yet, and why it seems to be stuck on an airplane?? Thank you so much!

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

LY069498449CN shows leaving bejing 4/28/18 and no further update? Any further idea on delivery?
