I ordered something through a website, then I was given an email saying your package was shipped from China on the 22nd August 2017 bound for Kuwait. The package arrived in Kuwait on the 11th September 2017, I still have not yet received the package. Where is it???
The tracking number is RK823009755CN.

Please let me know as soon as possible

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it arrived Kuwait on Sep 11. You need contact your local Kuwait Post office and try to pickup the parcel asap.
