1. Impossible to get more update after it left China. Please note the parcel is not registered. So basically when it arrive in USA, it will go through US Customs Office for clearance then given back to USPS for delivery. USPS will not scan the parcel because it's not registered mail.

2. Your parcel is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, can be track in China but not in USA (or anywhere in the World).

3. Seems to me seller is trying to pull on your leg for this parcel.
He assuming that the parcel is in USA. I could say the same thing because the parcel left on the 14 April 2016.

Which airline it was and where the flight went? That I can not answer. Since you bought from Ali Express in your account what does the tracking is saying.

5. I suspect strongly that the parcel has arrive in US and it may still be in the US Customs Department to be clear or USPS has received the parcel from US Customs and they are preparing for delivery.

6. May I suggest you wait at least another 1 week in case the parcel shows up, if not, then you could open a dispute with Ali Express.
