1. This is what you are talking about:
2016-06-08 19:02:00.0 arrive Hangzhou Airport
2016-06-08 19:04:46.0 leaving Hangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-06-14 08:00:00.0 Hangzhou departure

2. The Mail Bag with your parcel in it tried to leave on an Aircraft on 2016-06-08, but there was no room. Now finally on the 2016-06-14, the Mail Bag with your parcel was able to get on board the Aircraft for departure from China.
