Post What is "export canceled"?

I ordered a lamp from a US website to ship to Hong Kong.
Tracking number: LL764550968CN
But it says "export canceled" on 16/10/2019
and the status is "canceled"
May I know what has happened?

LL764550968CN was returned to shipper on Oct 16. Not sure return reason.

If you paid with paypal, please open dispute for refund.
