My parcel with tracking number 03561010481 has no update since 22nd August. It says leaving e commerce centre. I asked the seller and he says that it has reached destination country but there is no update for last 15 days .Please help

1. I did not find anymore tracking for your parcel. What you need to know is this type of parcel is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It's the most economical way for a seller in China to send mail overseas. It can only be track in China and not in your country. There is also minimum tracking done to the parcel, sometimes you will see only one tracking for the parcel.

2. This type of parcel can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery, they have the last priority to board an Aircraft to the destination country. The parcel will be deliver by your country Post Office just like a normal letter.

Hi China Post, I want to know why my Parcel status has not moved since 11th August'16. I have checked with my local postal office in India and they have confirmed that the package has not been sent to India. Pls check and confirm by when I will be able to receive the same. Thanks

1. Your parcel has not arrive yet in India or the parcel has arrive but has not been scan yet by India Post.

2. I have track your parcel on different sites (including the India Post site) and I could not find anything wrong with it. Your parcel has been on the road for 32 days as of today. May I suggest you read this for India:

3. May I suggest you contact the seller and tell him you are worry about your parcel not arriving in India. He might be able to call China Post to find out what is wrong with the parcel.
