http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB733833859CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 12. Now is Xmas rush season, based on our stat, you are very likely to get it in January 2021.

Good afternoon, i would like to know why i haven’t received my order yet, 28 days have passed and this stop at guangzhou airport.

My friend placed an order before me and has already received it in Portugal.
