Item ordered 13th May 2019 Tried using tracking system for the last 3 weeks It still says NO SHIPPING RECORD. can you please advise when we may expect receipt in Sydney Australia. Postal database does not list Sydney Australia as a destination. Does China post deliver to Sydney Australia? Any help would be appreciated

no shipping record means your seller did not ship you anything.

you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
