Hi, my name is Lora!
i've made an order on amazon on 15th november.
the track number is LO485891173CN. Can you help me?
17 track says the: Airline carrier transported on the 26th november.
What does it means? is it possible that my pack is lost?thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO485891173CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Zhengzhou office to Italy on Nov 26. It is not lost. So no need worry at this moment.

The parcel is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.
