http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped in Jul 12. Normally ePacket should arrive destination in 2 to 3 weeks. Your parcel seems to have problem. You can wait one more week and see if you can get it. If not, open dispute for lost parcel.

canada post does not scan foreign parcels since 2015, so you can not know parcel status after parcel left China. Based on our user report, China Post register mail normally will travel 30 to 90 days before delivered to Canada receiver.
