My item has not moved in a while what is going on? CP383468551CN and CP383468432CN is the tracking number. Is it lost?

they are not necessarily lost. such parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel(SAL). it can be very very slow if over 2 kgs weight. You need some patient. Longest waiting time can be half year. Next time do not use this kind of slow service.
