Post This a real tracking number?

I was given this number a few days ago from a seller on Aliexpress.
I messaged him and ask if he sent the item out because it wasn't showing up, and he said yes the item was actually sent out.
Here is the tracking: LN635554718CN
Can someone tell me what is going on?

LN635554718CN is invalid number. seller did not ship it yet.

It may have been sent to the courier but because of rush season, they have not processed it yet.
