My items have been at 'Export Security Scan' in Shanghai since 27th of NOVEMBER! They are silk quilts/doonas. Why would it be taking so long?

The tracking number is CP291437425CN. Please can someone help me? (My little girl keeps asking where her new doona is!) Thank you :)

CP291437425CN is surface parcel which is very very slow. it might take up to 2 to 6 months to arrive.

surface mail is register mail, not register airmail. it can be tracked , but go through sea or land instead of air.

My items have been at 'Export Security Scan' in Suzhou since 15th of December !
The goods is a Jacket .

The tracking number is RK152427525CN . Please can someone help me?

it is delayed by rush season. keep waiting 2 more weeks. it should arrive then.

RI255080763CN was rejected by airline. you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
