2. In Guangzhou there has been a backlog of parcels departing overseas. According to the tracking your parcel is fine. You just need to be patient and track your parcel on the USPS site.

3. If by any chances you don't see any movement of your parcel on the 18 Nov, then just open a dispute. You could also contact seller and tell him that you have not receive your parcel. He could contact China Post EMS to make sure that your parcel is OK.

1. I did not find any more tracking, you parcel must be lost/misplace. You should contact seller and tell him the bad news that you have not receive your parcel. 33 working days is really to long for a parcel.
