Hi I sent a package back to a seller and the current status is:
No Year Status Location Date
CW698805182US 2014 Import Customs Scan Shanghai 20140518 0814
CW698805182US 2014 Import Security Scan Shanghai 20140518 1523

Any help on why there is a delay?

your parcel might have deliver problem(most delivery problems are caused by English-address only parcel which can not be properly translated to original chinese address). So you should ask recipient to call china post phone number 111185 or 11183 and try to pickup the parcel.
